“Through creativity, we can explore where we’ve been, understand where we are, and imagine where we might go.”
ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
I’m Jennifer Nitz (Turgeman), an art therapist originally from Irvine, California, and living in Israel since 2008. My journey has also taken me to London, where I lived for two years and gained valuable experience working across a range of mental health charities and educational settings. I hold a BA in Psychology, completed my fine arts foundation studies at Machon Avni Art Institute in Tel Aviv, and earned my MA in Creative Arts Therapies from the University of Haifa. I opened my private practice in 2017 and have since worked with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of emotional needs. Today, I offer art therapy in English from my private practice in Ra’anana, as well as online.
EDUCATION
Master's in Art Therapy, University of Haifa 2013
Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology, Reichman University 2011
EXPERIENCE
For over a decade, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults across private practice, schools, and mental health organizations in Israel and the UK. These experiences have shaped my belief that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I aim to meet each person where they are, using creativity, conversation, and the therapeutic relationship to create space for expression, understanding, growth, and meaningful change.
